Who is I Am Sun for? I Am Sun is a rigorous program that seeks committed, motivated, reflective, respectful & compassionate scholars [ages 10 and up] & families who also know how to have some fun and challenge ourselves physically, academically as well as introspectively. We seek families and scholars who strive everyday for community through our 5 Principles: Respect, Consistent Action, Positive Communication & Resolution, Empathy and Reflection.
What is the process of applying? The Application & Tuition Information ($2,500 for a 9-month school year, paid in monthly installments) will be emailed to you, upon your inquiry by clicking "Sign Up" above. If selected, you will be notified of a follow-up interview process.
Where and when is it? The school year begins Tuesday, September 12th, 2017 and convenes from 9:00 am to 3 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, off of Minnesota Ave Metro Station - concluding on Friday, June 15th 2018 with a Graduation Ceremony and Culminating Theatrical Performance and Academic Carnival curated by the Scholars.
